The “Casa” series of Fireit Pizza Ovens is the perfect way to get started with a wood fired oven in your garden. Constructed of high quality refractory material, specifically designed for the British weather this oven is practical and easy to construct. It comes in 6 pieces, none heavier than 25kg’s, which fit together and simply needs to be sealed using the heat resistant silicone supplied.

Chefs such as Jamie Oliver, Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall and James Martin cook with wood fired ovens and now you can have one of these excellent ovens in your garden. Reaching temperatures above 300 degrees Centigrade this oven will cook a pizza in around 3 minutes and can be used for roasts, casseroles, steaks, desserts and much much more. It’s a real focal point for cooking in your garden and is great for entertaining.

Constructing the oven

Each of the 6 pieces of the oven is hand made and has been reinforced where appropriate to minimise cracking when the oven is fired. The ovens pieces are not heavier than 25kg’s making it possible to construct by one person on their own.

The oven is supplied with a heat resistant silicone which securely binds the pieces together and prevents smoke and heat escaping from the joints.

External: 550mm deep x 670 wide x 730 high
Internal: 370mm x 600

Accessories

	We recommend the use of a cowl in the chimney to keep the heat in the top of the oven which greatly assists cooking
	An insulating plinth improves the efficiency of the oven and provides a great base for the oven
