Our unseasoned hardwood logs are freshly cut green firewood, delivered split for home seasoning.  These logs have a high moisture content and are not for immediate burning in open fires, wood-burners or multi-fuel stoves. They’re a cost-effective firewood choice if you have space to air-dry wood for 12 to 24 months until they reach seasoned status.

UK regulations require unseasoned wood to be sold with a notice that it is not for immediate use. You must store these logs in a well-ventilated, dry area until the moisture content reaches 20% or less.
