Things you can do with wood shavings

Wwood shavings are created out of recycled pallets using a shredding machine. This machine has magnetic conveyors which allows us to remove all nails and anything else that shouldn’t be there. Each nail is removed whole and completely intact, ensuring there aren’t any nail particles or metal shards remaining. These wood shavings can be used in many different ways:

Wood shavings are the most preferable option for a chicken coop. It is a commonly used material for litter as it smells pleasant, is amazingly absorbent, and does not pack down. It is better than sawdust because sawdust is typically easily stirred and the dust settles anywhere and everywhere within the coop.
